The legal terms that govern disputes.
| Term | What it provides |
|---|---|
| Limitation of liability | To the fullest extent Nevada and applicable federal law permit, GRA and its directors, officers, employees and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill, and their total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not limited. |
| Indemnity | To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify and hold harmless GRA and those persons against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site. |
| Changes and termination | GRA may change these terms by posting a dated version; continued use means acceptance. GRA may suspend or end access for breach. |
| Governing law and venue | Nevada law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. |
| General | If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, with the privacy notice, are the entire agreement on use of the site. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. |
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
