01In brief

The short answer.

Publish is step six of the eight-step Nexus cycle: the step at which reviewed findings are published in Nexus Reports with their methods and limits. It is owned by Nexus Reports. At this step GRA publishes sector analysis in Nexus Reports, and the decision at the end of the cycle stays with the competent authority.
