Institutional history

The Global Risks Alliance (GRA) is a nonprofit corporation registered in Nevada, United States, operating as a business league for the financial services industry. This page is designed to hold GRA's verified development record: when something changed, what changed and which record shows it. It holds only what a dated, sourced record supports. Earlier statements made on GRA pages, including figures, capability descriptions and status claims, are withdrawn from use until each has such a record, and they are not repeated here. For the institution today, see About GRA.

01In brief

The short answer.

The GRA institutional history is designed to hold its verified development record: when something changed, what changed and which dated, sourced record shows it. Earlier statements on GRA pages, including figures, capability descriptions and status claims without a record, are withdrawn from use rather than repeated.

02Canvas

Mandate to authority.

How The Global Risks Alliance is governedA mandate sets the platform's scope; an editor and reviewers govern what it publishes; programmes and the community supply the work; the integrity route handles corrections; authority over decisions stays outside. Design of the governance, not a record.

04What the record holds

A history built from records, not recollection.

An institutional history is useful to a financial reader only if every entry can be checked. Each entry on this page is designed to carry the same fields, so that a reader can see what kind of claim it is.

FieldWhat it records
DateThe date of the event, or the period it covers
ChangeWhat changed: identity, purpose, structure, programme or name
RecordThe document that shows the change, and who holds it
StatusWhether the record has been reviewed for publication
CorrectionAny later correction, kept as a recorded version

06Withdrawn statements

Why some older claims no longer appear.

GRA publishes figures, partners, statuses and capabilities only with a dated, sourced record. Statements made on earlier GRA pages without such a record are withdrawn from use, and a withdrawn statement returns only with its evidence. The rules that govern this are set out on Claims and programme status, and corrections follow the route on Corrections and updates.

Terms used on this page.

Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.

Silent editA change to a published record made without a new version, notice or date.
09Questions

Questions and answers.

When was GRA founded?
The date will appear here with the corporate record that shows it. GRA does not publish dates, milestones or past results without a dated, sourced record.
I remember a figure from an older GRA page. Is it still valid?
Not until it is republished with a record. Earlier figures, capability descriptions and status claims are withdrawn from use until each has a dated, sourced record.
Can I submit a historical correction?
Yes. Write to integrity@globalriskalliance.com with the record you rely on. A correction becomes a recorded version, never a silent edit.
