Claims and programme status
The Global Risks Alliance (GRA) describes in the present tense only what operates now. This page sets out the current service level, how GRA distinguishes a reported capability from an independently verified one, and why earlier statements without a record have been withdrawn. The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. No membership count, partner, fee or performance figure is published without a dated, sourced record. This page belongs to trust and integrity.

The short answer.
Claims and programme status at GRA is the rule that only what operates now is described in the present tense: the current service level is R0, information and enquiries. A reported capability is labelled apart from an independently verified one, and no membership count, partner, fee or performance figure is published without a dated record.

Two kinds of claim, labelled differently.
Stated by the source
A capability, figure or status stated by an institution about itself is labelled as reported until it is independently verified.
Checked independently
A claim is labelled verified only when someone independent of the source has checked it against a record.
Registry counts used across the Consortium, such as six regions and fifteen planned hubs, come from programme registries. Hubs are planned coordination roles, never offices.
Terms used on this page.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Claim ceiling | The strongest statement a page may make about a capability, set by the evidence on record; without operating evidence a page describes a design or an integration, never readiness. |
| Service level R0 | The current service level of Nexus pages: information and enquiries only. An enquiry receives a reference and a named next step; it creates no membership, contract, assignment or commitment. |
| Programme status | The recorded state of a programme on Nexus pages: exploring, forming, constituted, active, paused or archived. A plan is never presented as an activity. |
Withdrawn until recorded.
Earlier statements on GRA pages, including figures, capability descriptions and status claims, are withdrawn from use until each has a dated, sourced record. Changes in status are announced on news and industry notices, and corrections recorded on corrections and updates. Challenge any claim at integrity@globalriskalliance.com. The programme-wide status register is kept by The Global Centre for Risk and Innovation (GCRI) on programme status. Related: evidence and data standards.

Start with an enquiry.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
