01In brief

The short answer.

Organize is step four of the eight-step Nexus cycle: the step at which communities, chapters, councils and national cells are organized around the work. It is owned by the communities, chapters, councils and national cells of the Nexus Ecosystem. At this step GRA organizes industry platforms under its competition safeguards, and the decision at the end of the cycle stays with the competent authority.
