The Nexus cycle on The Global Risks AllianceA question from a programme becomes evidence, a governed build, an organized community, a controlled test, a reviewed publication and a decision taken by the competent authority. Design of the cycle, not a record of a run.

01In brief

The short answer.

Decide is step seven of the eight-step Nexus cycle: the step at which competent authorities and institutions decide under their own rules, with handoffs through Nexus Rails. It is owned by competent authorities and institutions, with handoffs through Nexus Rails. At this step GRA prepares readiness files for independent review; it never approves, lends or invests, and the decision at the end of the cycle stays with the competent authority.
