Sovereign Capital Nexus · PipelinePipeline, in outline: domain structure with placeholder names and illustrative values, not a record.
Sovereign Capital Nexus sector scenarios are published, aggregated descriptions of how exposures in the sovereign and public finance field could evolve under stated assumptions, read against frameworks such as Santiago Principles (Generally Accepted Principles and Practices). They describe sector-level exposures with their limits; they are not forecasts, assess no individual firm and are not investment advice.

Hazard geography by country beside a debt clause that pauses payments after a disaster. Design index, not a rating.
Analysis runs in Nexus Foundry; reviewed releases are listed here.
| Shock | Assets side | Liabilities side |
|---|---|---|
| Major disaster | Fund withdrawals for reconstruction | Higher borrowing, possible clause deferral |
| Commodity price collapse | Lower resource revenue and fund inflows | Wider spreads, currency pressure |
| Disorderly transition | Repricing of fund holdings in exposed sectors | Lower hydrocarbon revenue for producers |
| Global rate shock | Valuation losses on bond holdings | Higher refinancing cost |
A scenario places hazard footprints over the country and reads them against the debt schedule, showing when a resilient debt clause would defer payments and what that does to the financing need. Design index only, not a rating. Debt sustainability tools at sovereign debt sustainability; disaster governance at GRF disaster authority and mandates.

| Severe but plausible scenario | A disruption scenario extreme enough to test resilience yet realistic enough to occur. |
| Reverse stress test | Starting from a failure outcome and identifying the scenarios that would cause it. |
| Investment advice | A personal recommendation on investments, a regulated activity in most jurisdictions. |
