Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience
The Global Risks Alliance (GRA)
Citable outputs of Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience: resilience playbooks; finance cyber scenario summaries.
GRA · In development · service level R0
Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience publications are the platform's reviewed, citable outputs, such as resilience playbooks and finance cyber scenario summaries. Each carries its authors, date, method, evidence labels and editorial status, and a correction creates a new version with its history. Contributions to series such as Scenario and Stress-Test as well as Strategic Systems also appear in Nexus Reports.

Layers and dates
Every Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience publication is reviewed before release, and the most common correction it guards against is an incident attributed without evidence.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Version of record | The fixed version of a work that a publisher formally declares published; later changes appear as dated corrections or new versions, never as silent edits, in the sense NISO's journal article versions recommendation uses. |
| Peer review | Evaluation of a work by independent experts in the field before publication. |
| Correction | A published notice that amends an error in a work whose main findings stand. |
| Evidence label | A tag naming the kind of evidence, such as observed or modelled, that should survive every summary. |
The bodies and documents this page is read against. Status and editions change; each link goes to the issuing body.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
