The Global Risks Alliance (GRA)
Where cyber and digital resilience, financial stability and critical infrastructure are studied as science at GCRI, governed at GRF and understood financially at GRA, with links to each counterpart platform.

Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience counterparts are the platforms at GCRI and GRF that work on the same fields under other mandates, among them Water Nexus and Energy Nexus at GCRI as well as Capital Nexus and Disaster and Crisis Governance at GRF. GCRI studies a field as science, GRF governs it and GRA builds shared financial understanding of it, so each counterpart shows another side of cyber and digital resilience.

Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience reads their evidence for its financial meaning and leaves the science and governance with them.
For Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience, counterparts supply the hazard, systems and governance evidence behind cyber and operational dependency; Financial Cyber and Operational Resilience adds the financial reading for CISOs and operational resilience leads and cyber supervisors.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Counterpart platform | A platform at another Consortium institution that works in a shared field under a different mandate: science at GCRI, governance at GRF or financial understanding at GRA. |
| Field gateway | A GCRI page for one field that links the platforms studying it as science, governing it and building financial understanding of it, with the methods they share. |
| Science-policy interface | The arrangements through which scientific evidence reaches public decisions, including advisory committees, chief scientific advisers, academies and intergovernmental assessments. |
