Capital Markets Nexus programmes organize its work on capital markets and investment as well as financial stability at three levels: global priorities, regional applications and country work. Each programme shows its recorded status, from exploring and forming to active, paused or archived, and a plan is never presented as an activity. Countries take part through their national programmes and the Consortium Secretariat.

Capital Markets Nexus programme work is read against IOSCO (securities regulation principles), CPMI-IOSCO (PFMI for CCPs and settlement systems) and Basel Committee (FRTB market-risk capital). National entries would draw on public CCP disclosures, BIS statistics and issuer asset data, and each would state which values are observed, official, modelled or unknown.
A programme is shown as exploring, forming, constituted, active, paused or archived, according to its record. A plan is never presented as an activity.
