How work moves in this field: an exercise from design to lessonsObjectives and a scenario are designed with the owner; injects are scripted; players respond in cells while controllers and observers watch; a hot wash and an after-action report turn observations into owned improvements. Design of the process, not a record of a run.

01In brief

The short answer.

The Nexus cycle in Sovereign Capital Nexus is the eight-step path by which a question in the sovereign and public finance field becomes evidence, a Foundry build, an organized community, a controlled test, a publication and a decision taken by the competent authority. Here the evidence step rests on financial economics and macro-finance as well as economics and development economics, and findings feed Finance and Insurance Readiness.

04The cycle here

The Nexus cycle as Sovereign Capital Nexus runs it.

Each Sovereign Capital Nexus step leaves a record with its evidence label.

StepIn Sovereign Capital Nexus
QuestionDo the state's assets fall in the same shocks that raise its spending?
EvidenceFund reports, debt data and public asset registers
TestA disaster with a commodity price fall
DecideHeld by state-enterprise governance specialists and other competent institutions, never by Sovereign Capital Nexus

The Sovereign Capital Nexus cycle ends with renewal: lessons from each test change the next question, and the record shows what changed and why.
