Report to outcome.

Commitment.
- 1.1 GRA wants everyone to be able to use the Site. The pages are designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
- 1.2 The pages are checked against these guidelines when they are built and reviewed by hand. Because no independent audit report is published, this statement does not claim full conformance.
How the pages support access.
- 2.1 One main heading per page, ordered section headings and labelled regions for screen readers.
- 2.2 Keyboard operation with a visible focus state for every control; text that stays readable without scripts.
- 2.3 Light and dark themes chosen for contrast, layouts that adapt to small screens and zoom, and reduced motion when your device asks for it.
- 2.4 Maps, 3D scenes and figures carry captions, text summaries or a static view.
Known limits.
- 3.1 Interactive maps and 3D scenes may not convey every detail to assistive technology; their text summaries and sources give the same information in another form.
- 3.2 Older documents, third-party files and material from other providers may not be fully accessible.
Report a barrier.
- 4.1 Write to contact@therisk.global. Name the page, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing them, the device, browser and assistive technology you use.
- 4.2 The acknowledgement gives a reference and names the next step. Where possible, the information is provided in another format while the fix is made.
- 4.3 People may also contact the body that enforces accessibility law where they live.

Never send personal data, sensitive infrastructure detail or anything you have no right to share. A contribution is reviewed before use; sending it confers no authorship or editorial rights, and sponsorship never buys a finding.
Bring an exposure or capital question to the Alliance.
The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
