Skills and professional learning
Systemic risk asks financial professionals to read evidence from outside finance: hazard science, infrastructure dependencies, model uncertainty and compound scenarios. The Global Risks Alliance (GRA) is designing learning materials and programmes to build those skills across the industry. Learning is not yet open. When it opens, completion will be recorded only when verified, and no programme will confer a licence, a certificate of competence or regulated authority. This page belongs to membership and participation.

The short answer.
Skills and professional learning at GRA are learning materials and programmes being designed to help financial professionals read evidence from outside finance: hazard science, infrastructure dependencies, model uncertainty and compound scenarios. Learning is not yet open, completion will be recorded only when verified, and no programme confers a licence.

What a completion record means.
| A completion record is | It is not |
|---|---|
| A verified statement that a person completed a named programme on a date | A licence, professional qualification or certificate of competence |
| Issued only after verification of attendance or assessment | Recorded from self-declaration alone |
| Correctable if issued in error | Evidence of authority to act for GRA or any institution |
Programmes are not designed to satisfy any regulator's training or qualification requirement unless that is expressly stated with the authority's recognition on record.
