The Global Risks Alliance (GRA)
Who takes part in Private Credit, what they contribute and how moderation and privacy work.
The Private Credit community is the network of private-credit professionals and banking analysts who contribute expertise, review and data to its work on capital markets and investment as well as financial stability. They take part through moderated subject groups and working groups. Rules apply equally to all, interests are declared, and taking part gives no authority over findings.

Added as sub-communities form
| Profession | Typical question they bring to Private Credit |
|---|---|
| Direct lending and private credit managers | How much leverage sits in and around private credit funds? |
| Bank fund-finance and leveraged finance teams | How reliable are valuations of illiquid loans? |
| Insurer and pension investment teams allocating to private credit | Which insurers and pension funds hold the most, and on what terms? |
| Prudential and securities supervisors | How much leverage sits in and around private credit funds? |
The themes proposed for Private Credit are valuation practice for illiquid loans, bank and nonbank leverage links and insurer and pension holdings of private credit. Each would run only once moderation, terms and a written competition policy are in place, and none would discuss lending views or loan pricing.
Each term as this page uses it. Where a standard-setting body defines the term, the wording follows that body.

| Personal data | Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, such as a name, an identification number, location data or an online identifier, as the EU General Data Protection Regulation defines it. |

The current service level is R0: information and enquiries. An enquiry receives a reference and names the next step; applications, payments, compute allocations and registrations open only when their team, terms and review capacity exist.
